    We served this on the recent Day of the Ox.
    "Charcoal-grilled domestic eel pasta with tomato sauce"
    We've given eel, traditionally eaten on the Day of the Ox, an Italian twist! 🍝
    Since it's been grilled over charcoal once, you can also enjoy the nice aroma of charcoal.
    This dish allows you to luxuriously savor thick, flaky pieces of fish. 🩷
    Since it was well-received, next time we get some delicious domestic eels in stock...
    I'd like to do it again 😉
